By using these features, you authorize Think Link to deduct the applicable fees from your account balance or the payment method linked to your account.

8.2 Non-Refundable Charges
All charges for the use of our Services, including monthly fees, are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether the services are used in whole or in part during the billing cycle.

8.3 Payment Method
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date. If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the paid features or Services.

8.4 Process for Obtaining a Phone Number
Users may obtain a dedicated phone number through the Services by completing the registration process. Upon successful registration, the phone number will be assigned to the user’s account for exclusive use, subject to active monthly payments. If monthly payments are not maintained, access to the assigned phone number may be suspended or terminated. Ownership of the phone number resides with Think Link or the respective virtual phone number provider, and the user's rights to the phone number are contingent upon compliance with these Terms and ongoing payment obligations.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think Link disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
