11. Google Workspace API and Calendar Data

11.1 Use of Google Workspace APIs
To enable AI assistants to create calendars, add appointments, and synchronize events, Think Link integrates with Google Workspace APIs (including Google Calendar) via OAuth2 authorization. When you grant permission, we access and store the following data solely to provide these synchronization and management features: Calendar metadata (e.g., calendar titles, descriptions).Event details (e.g., titles, descriptions, dates, attendees).

11.2 Restrictions on AI/ML Use
We explicitly affirm that: Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. User data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is retained only for the purposes described in Section 11.1 and is never transferred to third parties for AI/ML training.

11.3 Third-Party AI Tools
Think Link does not transfer Google Workspace API data (e.g., calendar or event information) to third-party AI tools. Any AI features within our service operate solely to fulfill user-requested actions (e.g., scheduling, synchronization) and do not use this data for model training.

11.4 Data Retention
Google Workspace API data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the synchronization and calendar management services. Users may revoke access to their Google Calendar at any time via their Google account settings.

11.5 User Control
You may manage or revoke Think Link’s access to your Google Calendar data at any time through your Google Account’s Third-Party Apps permissions page.
